What I really want career wise???

It's been ages since I wrote my last blog and honestly, I didn't have the time to really write anything. There are lots of thing in my life that have already evolved. First, I now have a three year little boy who makes me smile everyday. Second, I have be living life to the fullest and I have been so blessed having a very supportive wife (well... fiance) and parents.

I am now passing a crossroad in my professional life. Having been working for my mom for eleven year now in our own consulting company, which I somewhat feel coming to an end.

Our company, who had a contractual partnership in the past eight years, as a representative has now decided to establish a local office. This means, our company will no longer exist, but rather the people, which is us, will be employed directly by what used to be our clients. This means we are no longer our own boss.

So much for the complexity of corporate life but I can't help thinking about "what I really want to do". As a teenager growing, I've always wanted to be a musician, on the road and performing. Not as a rockstar, but someone who just like playing music. But then, it wouldn't be practical especially today when life is hard. Recently, I got hooked into photography and wanted to venture into my own studio. But then, the guarantee that it will prosper is to hard to achieve as many are now into this hobby. This brings me back to my academic roots. I finished a degree in Physical Therapy and had always wanted to live and work in the US. But thing is, the processing is to tedious and time consuming.

The bottom line is, I am already not happy with my present work. I really have to look for a more fulfilling option. For the meantime, I have to make the best out of this.
